Two journeys, one story.
In 2000, Harmony Academy was founded as a bold dream of quality and creativity in education, which became a reality and is now writing the 25th chapter of its story. During this time, Harmony has become a place where professionalism, innovative thinking and a love of learning come together. Today it is not only a language school, but also a place for the development of teachers, leaders and modern educational approaches that go beyond the borders of Slovakia.
As Gabriela Lojová says :
"Behind Harmony's success is above all her 'mother', Janka Chynoradská - her enormous commitment, undying elan strengthened by every partial success, perseverance, determination, and all this against the backdrop of a deep conviction in the correctness of Harmony's direction."
Roots and wings
Harmony has a clear identity and values that carry it forward. Andrea Kačová put it in words:
"Harmony = YOU - Janka Chynoradská. You set the direction of the company - without you it would hardly continue. It's your desire to follow trends, your ability to see and fulfill a vision, your steadfastness and ability to face obstacles. That equals Harmony's success - you are its body, soul, brain and strength."
Today, we translate these values into Learn & Lead Innovation, which for 15 years has been helping schools and teachers in Slovakia and abroad to become modern learning organisations.
Solid pillars and new horizons
According to Lenka Dzurová:
"I see the essence of Harmony's success in the fact that it stands on solid pillars built from valuable 'materials' - expertise, perseverance, strength of personality, love of learning, respect for people, visionary approach, undying drive and the ability to be at least one step ahead of others."
It is these pillars that have allowed Harmony to grow - from the first English courses in Trnava to today's network of partners, inspiring trainings, international projects and innovations that are now used by schools in Slovakia and Europe.
Return of Harmony to Trnava
As part of the 25th anniversary celebrations, Harmony will return to Trnava at 27 Hlavná Street, where we will open our doors together with Learn & Lead Innovation from September 2025.

Expansion to Nitra and strengthening of online space
The next big step is the opening of courses in Nitra - from September 2025 we are also operating at the Piarist St. Joseph Kalazansky School, Piaristická 6, 949 01 Nitra, in cooperation with Sonia Gése.
This connection between Harmony and its Petrasso school marks a significant milestone - we are joining through the proven Learn & Lead innovation to bring new opportunities for students, teachers and parents right here in Nitra.
At the same time, we are expanding our offer to include online English courses for all ages - from children to adults.

How to Succeed and Not Forget Yourself
We live in a time of constant change, challenge and opportunity. How not to get lost in all this, how to stay yourself and move forward? Come discover the 9+0-0 principles of the modern man that will show you the way to greater inner strength, conscious action and authentic living.

29 September 2025 - Workshop with Iryna Romanchuk
Developing Digital Skills with English for Teachers and Trainers
A practical workshop to help teachers and trainers develop digital competences alongside improving their English. The content is specifically tailored to the needs of educators and offers a space to share experiences.

30 September 2025 - Workshop with Pilgrims Teacher Training (UK)
Creative Teachers, Motivated Learners
An interactive workshop in English that will bring innovative and creative approaches to the classroom. Teachers will learn strategies to foster creativity in the classroom and motivate students to learn.

30 September 2025 - Harmony 25th Anniversary Celebration
A festive evening that will bring together friends, partners and supporters of Harmony. A programme of music, fun, memories and future prospects awaits.
The programme includes:
- welcoming guests and toast
- Introducing and celebrating the Harmony, Pilgrims and Learn & Lead Innovation partnership
- activity of memories and glimpses into the future
- cakes, raffle, refreshments, music and free entertainment
