Vanda Novokshonova graduated in international economic relations and management, is a partner of Eurofortis IT SIA and vice-president of the Latvian Society for Quality, certified evaluator and trainer of EFQM, evaluator of Latvian quality awards and co-author of books. Vanda consults organisations on the implementation of the EFQM model, is an evaluator of the International Prize for Excellence and trains representatives of organisations from different European countries in Excellency.
