The awards are the driving force behind the Learn & Lead innovation born at Harmony Academy in 2010. Since then, we have continuously developed and supported teachers and lecturers in their professional and career growth, which helps the development of their teams and schools.
Today, Learn & Lead is part of several organizations that have adopted its business model and created an international network of Learn & Lead schools. The vote will take place online via the Google questionnaire on the Internet, via social networks and everyone who is approached by our nominees will be able to participate. The voting is scheduled to open in July 2021.
The award ceremony will take place in October 2021 in the form of an online event. Winners as well as participants have a chance to win interesting prizes.
I was born to bring a piece of myself to this world. I gave birth to two beautiful children who continue to carry the baton of our family. I built a school in which I worked an incredible number of hours, I gave it a significant part of myself, and today I am proud of the work that we have managed to build with people who, like my husband and I, often lived, created and did an excellent job for our company at the limit of our own strengths. We have created a new model of a language school that has all the attributes of a modern-minded and functioning organization of the 21st century. The Learn & Lead Awards 2021 open up space for a broad group of people who believe, support and develop the concept in which I put my heart at the core. With them, I am ready to continue learning, developing and growing for the spread of good, understanding and belonging in the world.
