Erasmus+ projects have repeatedly confirmed their validity

Through the Erasmus+ project and as part of the Happy School 2020 project, Daniel Bacík, director of PLUS Academia, participated in a mobility in the beautiful seaside town of Scarborough, the Anglolang Academy of English. The main objective of this mobility was the issue of job shadowing. Daniel gave us more information about mobility in the following lines.

In the period from 22.9.2019 to 28.9.2019, I had the opportunity to participate in mobility within the Happy School 2020 project. The place of mobility was the ANGLOLANG language school. It is an institution with a long tradition in providing courses for students of different ages and fields of study.

Anglolang is situated in the magnificent seaside town of Scarborough in the north-east of England. It is a spa town full of magnificent views, attractions and not just historical 😊 ones.

The goal of mobility was job-shadowing. As part of the job-shadowing, I had the opportunity to undergo hospitations in different classes and thus observe the work of several lecturers/experts. I also had face-to-face meetings with individual school management representatives (vice principal, head of school, marketing admin, tech admin, admin) in the afternoon.

"Erasmus+ projects have repeatedly confirmed their relevance and importance for the professional and personal development of their participants."

I rate mobility very positively! The experience and expertise of the people I had the opportunity to meet pleasantly surprised me (in the most positive way). These are the right people in the right place, from whom even experienced people can Trainers and language school managers learn a lot.

Thanks!

Daniel Bacík
