How was the Happy School 2020 application evaluated? What awaits us in the project, what are our plans and what does the project offer to the consortium partners?
Harmony Academy , acting as an applicant for the national consortium of the Happy School 2020 project, once again confirmed its rich experience so far in the preparation and implementation of Erasmus+ projects, for which it was awarded in 2017 by the Slovak Academic Association for International Cooperation Erasmus+. The application of the Happy school 2020 project received 99.5 points out of a total of 100 points. The submitted project proposal was rated as very high quality and developed at a high level. The high compliance of the application with the European priorities of the Erasmus+ programme for 2018 was also positively assessed. The evaluation shows that the activities under each mobility will help to meet the defined needs of the consortium, and the plan for multiplied international cooperation with several foreign organisations from several EU countries was also highly appreciated.
What awaits us
During the implementation of the Happy school 2020 project, a total of 24 mobility activities will take place between June 2018 and June 2020. Of these, 12 lecturers will have the opportunity to attend trainings with our foreign partners in the UK, 4 creative managers and managers will travel to France to train teachers and lecturers themselves. They will introduce them to the career path of learning and lead tutor development and the learning and lead language school management model.
Another 6 managers and leaders will travel to Latvia and here they will take part in a training session aimed at building an excellent school and introducing "Excellency" into school management. Since we also have a lot to learn from our colleagues – teachers, 2 Trainers they will have the opportunity to participate in hospitations in the UK and here observe foreign colleagues directly in their teaching activities. The Happy school 2020 Mobility Project offers participants a variety of opportunities to learn and expand their knowledge, which will also make a significant contribution to the development of sending organizations and meet their needs, as well as those of the consortium.
