The first meeting of the partners of the national consortium of the Happy school 2020 project, what are the opportunities and opportunities arising from the project for its partners?
The first Kick off meeting of the national consortium took place on 21.06.2018 in Trnava. It was attended by all the consortium partners who specified the objectives, their expectations and the required outputs from the project at the initial meeting. The consortium members see opportunities in the project not only in terms of the participation of the staff of their organisations in mobility, but also in establishing relations with other language schools within the EU and in establishing cooperation with specialists from abroad. The partners also agreed on the need for lifelong learning for lecturers and the need to increase their motivation for lifelong learning.
This project provides an exceptional opportunity for our consortium to join efforts to create an educational institution environment in which Trainers foreign languages in their career path, increasing their professional as well as managerial qualifications, which is in direct connection with the transformation of the school into a learning organization. It launches the process of lifelong learning of its staff and strengthens their competitiveness, adaptability to rapidly changing labour market conditions and strengthens the employability of its lecturers and managers.
With this, we will be able to set schools up for sustainable development in a system of lifelong learning, continuous improvement of the quality of education tailored to customers. Regular meetings of the consortium partners are scheduled quarterly throughout the duration of the project.
