What is the quality of our services and how do students from Stellantis Slovakia evaluate this quality? In the following article, we bring you answers to these and many other questions that play a key role in choosing the "right" language educational institution.

The quality of a language educational institution is a complex whole formed by several elements that positively influence students to achieve their significant improvement within the communication level in a foreign language. Quality can be determined, for example, by a modernly equipped space, constant innovation of the services offered, but also by effective setting of marketing strategy, location, etc. However, we know that one essential element far exceeds all of the above. The quality of language organisations lies and is based primarily on the most important key link, which is themselves Trainers. Right from the very beginning of the educational journey, it represents Trainer for the student hope. The hope that thanks to his human approach, thanks to his high professionalism, expertise or inspiration, he will improve his communication skills, eliminate the fear of speaking, increase his self-confidence and go beyond imaginary boundaries into a world of endless possibilities or collaborations. Every Trainer you should carry an imaginary package of qualities for the lesson that help improve the language level of students, help to remove the block from the narrative, create a positive atmosphere in the classroom, motivate, guide or stimulate their creative thinking. At Harmony Academy, we work with lecturers who love their work, who put new teaching methods into practice and help achieve the personal and career goals of our students in an innovative way.

Within the following lines, we bring you the results of the satisfaction of up to 171 students of Stellantis Slovakia with the expertise and approach of our lecturers during language courses in the past year.

The expertise of the lecturer is far from lying in his several years of work abroad or watching films in a foreign language. The expertise of the lecturer lies in his strongly rooted methodological foundations, in his constant desire for education and personal development, in his general outlook or in his excellent organizational skills, which he fully applies to the teaching process. At Harmony Academy, we provide our lecturers with space for continuous development and growth, leading them to get to know themselves, their strengths but also their weaknesses, constantly improving their professional competencies, making language courses an experience for our students. This is evidenced by the fact that almost 95% of our students expressed satisfaction with the expertise of the lecturer in their course.

A language course is an opportunity or tool for the lecturer, through which he has a unique chance to touch directly the mind and heart of each and every student. With his kind and human approach, he is able to Trainer encourage the student to learn, personal growth or the right motivation, which is the driving force in their further studies. Over the past year, students have again expressed almost 95% satisfaction with the approach of the lecturer in their courses, which we greatly appreciate and will continue to do everything possible to ensure that satisfaction lies not only in the faces of our students but also in the lecturers themselves.
