The modern path of teacher development
Educational events for teachers in March 2022 to develop the personality and soft skills of teachers, as well as a learner-centred approach and the practical use of modern and interactive tools in teaching.
When and where:
The events will take place in a hybrid form, participants have the opportunity to physically participate in the event (with a limited number of participants) or connect online. The meetings will be led by two certified lecturers and will be different in content and independent of each other, that is , the educator can complete one, two or even all three concentrations.

• Free participation in events and thus acquaintance with knowledge aimed at developing a pupil-centred pedagogical approach and a management approach to Learn & Lead – "Learn and Lead" based on the 9 principles of modern human development, a concept developed in many Erasmus+ programmes. In case of physical participation, we will provide participants with free accommodation and meals
• Participation in the group of the Association of Innovative Slovak Teachers (AISU), for the constant exchange of new knowledge even after the end of the concentration,
• Entry to the interactive event for learning educators AISU 2022 on March 29, 2022 in Trnava.

Learn & Lead Innovation s.r.o., which has been building and developing the Learn & Lead concept focused on the development of teachers, lecturers and managers in education since 2010. We carry out our project activities at a transnational level, thereby gaining access to the latest trends and directly participating in their development and implementation. In the field of education of educators and school leaders, we offer services of the highest level.
About the project:
In the month of March, with the financial support of the SBA*, we focus on the needs of educators mainly in the second grade of primary schools, but the content can be used at all levels of education from kindergartens to higher education, it is not limited by the professional focus of the activity.

*The project plan Modern Path of Teacher Development received a subsidy for the implementation of the project, after approval by the expert commission of the Slovak Business Agency, as the implementer of the Scheme for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship Education (de minimis aid scheme) DM - 9/2021 published in the Commercial Gazette No. 86/2021 on 06.05.2021 (hereinafter referred to as the "Scheme") on behalf of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic as the provider of the Scheme. The project was submitted as part of the activity: Entrepreneurial training of teaching staff, as an activity organized to build entrepreneurship and soft skills, especially among teaching staff, who then pass this knowledge on to children, pupils or students. In this way, educators can improve their work with different types of pupils or students in order to guide, motivate, support and teach them to develop 21st century skills
