Online language learning has been a success
The quality and continuous development of Harmony Academy consists, among other things, in regularly reviewing and monitoring customer satisfaction with our services. The following survey results show the level of satisfaction of Stellantis Slovakia employees with online language courses and education in our company.
The current and still ongoing situation has limited many companies or organizations in their full-fledged business activities. The world came to a standstill for a while, discovering truly limitless possibilities and benefits within several work sectors that the online space brought with it. It was no different at Harmony Academy, which, however, was able to respond very flexibly and flexibly to the new situation and thus be able to get closer to its loyal and new customers precisely through online language learning.
One of our long-standing and loyal partners is Stellantis Slovakia (formerly Groupe PSA Slovakia), which on a regular basis uses not only the language courses of our company adapted to the individual needs of the participants, but also, increasingly, professional language workshops Learn & Lead aimed at the continuous growth and development of individuals or the entire organization. More than 90% of language courses for this company were moved online in 2020. The following survey brings you an assessment of the satisfaction results of up to 164 employees of Stellantis Slovakia with online language learning within the Harmony Academy group courses.
English language still in the course
Almost 94% of respondents to the survey said that they learn and develop in English as part of a group course. The English language is now a common part of communication in many companies with an international overlap. As part of our courses, we help students relieve stress when communicating in this language, build their self-confidence and continually improve their communication skills within their individual needs and field of activity.
The basis for effective learning and progress in the language is, above all, continuity in education. If we want to constantly improve, we need, in addition to our own motivation and a quality tutor, a sophisticated continuous educational program, thanks to which the individual can assess the level of his achieved language education. Our unique language program From Zero to Hero creates real English-speaking professionals from beginners through block continuous learning. Satisfaction with our program is expressed by our clients regularly based on their regular enrollment in individual courses, which is reflected in the results of the following graph, where exactly 85.4% of respondents stated that the current Harmony Academy language course is not their first completed course.

Over the past year, we have used the MS Teams communication platform for teaching as part of language learning, with which almost 94% of respondents expressed their satisfaction with only minor suggestions for improvement.
We are aware that digital platforms cannot replace the power and experience of meeting a student and lecturer in person. At the same time, we are convinced that the quality of a lecturer and language institution in today's world lies in their commitment, dedication and finding the right path, which, using the available modern means, brings the desired harvest to their clients. The result of this is up to 86% satisfaction of stellantis Slovakia employees with our online language learning program and courses.
The contribution of language learning to practice
The essence (not only) of language learning is primarily its contribution and active use in practice. Mastering the foreign language of employees at a communicative level speeds up processes in your company, expands your area of activity, improves relationships in the workplace or increases the motivation and productivity of individual work teams. For the performance and quality of their work, up to 95.7% of stellantis employees rated the courses as "very useful" or "useful".
