Meetings conducted in this way have no future in the long term. In order to be able to find a good and wanted solution to problems, I need to build a good team.
In the national project HAPPY SCHOOL 2020 , we have prepared a 1-day workshop for you, which combines language and corporate practice in order to develop the competencies of lecturers and trainers. Accept the invitation to participate in an interactive workshop where we do things differently. In one day, you'll experience a hands-on demonstration of the tried and tested Design Sprint framework and Learn&Lead methodology.
WHAT IS LEARN&LEAD?
Learn&Lead is a synergistic way to develop an individual in connection with the growth and development of their organization. It is based on the philosophy of a managerial approach focused on the needs of the individual and connects the career possibilities of lecturers in the field of their further professional and managerial growth. It brings clearly measurable procedures for monitoring the quality of educational outputs in their direct connection with the economic indicators of the organization.
The aim of the Learn&Lead management and education system is to make lifelong learning operational in an organization that benefits both clients/students, lecturers/teachers, managers and shareholders/founders.
WHAT IS DESIGN SPRINT?
A team tool that offers innovative and creative solutions to problems. Originally created at Google Ventures to help new businesses create tailor-made products the customer needs and wants. It focuses mostly on creating new products, services, processes that an organization, company or individual must master in order to retain its customer (in a school environment, it is about keeping the student's attention). Through "learning by doing" , you will learn how to design, prototype and validate ideas directly in practice.
WHAT IS THE AIM OF THE WORKSHOP?
The workshop will guide you from the idea of a real assignment to customers (students) a verified prototype of the product. During this 1-day workshop, we will identify a problem that is worth paying attention to, propose a solution that we will verify so that people want to use it and are willing to pay (or pay attention to it). Throughout the day, you'll learn about applying an approach focused on the needs of the individual in your organization and clarify the roles in creating or developing your core team.

The workshop is suitable for people and teams from different departments, without prior experience. The workshop is not for those who want to sit in the background and listen to the theory. Be sure to be prepared for intensive and teamwork in the allotted time.
