Thanks to the HARMONY ACADEMY initiative "Let's help schools grow", we have made it possible for several primary, secondary and university teachers to participate in the Learn & Lead Conference through generous sponsors who care about the future of language learning.
"Today, it is not enough for teachers to teach, today it is absolutely necessary for teachers to learn." And we are fully aware of this fact. It is necessary for teachers to be constantly educated, to actively seek new opportunities for cooperation, to become professionals, who today are such a much-needed key to raising the educational and social level of our population. And not only that, we also help teachers fund their further education. We are pleased with the fact that our call has been responded to by entrepreneurs who have appreciated the enthusiasm and enthusiasm with which we have been approaching the issue of professional development of foreign language teachers for several years.

With its content and focus, it has contributed to improving language and adult learning, to developing awareness of the need to create lifelong learning systems, to developing cooperation between schools and companies, to increasing the employability and applicability of professional language tutors, and to disseminating information about the Erasmusplus programme for small and medium-sized enterprises.
