We are currently completing our 21st school year, in which we, together with you, have learned to live, create and work in a different mode during the unceasing changes related to the development of the situation caused by the corona crisis. We have come a long way towards an excellent school operating in the EFQM model. We have been able to overcome many pitfalls, develop new workflows and adapt to the needs of today's world. We have deepened our cooperation with key people in our team as well as our customers and redesigned the internal setup at Harmony.
What have we achieved so far in it?
- we have trained 1017 students,
- we have delivered 8% of the teaching in person and 92% online,
- we have successfully launched three new development programs from Learn & Lead (9 principles of modern man Learn & Lead, How to sell yourself and not lose yourself in the market, Creative problem solving in a team),
- we have launched cooperation on two Erasmus+ international projects with two universities;
- successfully completed the mobility project "Happy School 2020",
- we have acquired new business partners and customers from Slovakia, Croatia, Poland, France, Great Britain, Latvia and the Czech Republic,
- we have created 5 working international teams to proclaim and support the Learn & Lead innovation,
- we have established a Learn & Lead section in the Association of Language Schools of the Slovak Republic.

Thanks to our Erasmus+ project "Happy School 2020", the development concept of Learn & Lead has grown into an innovation that has been clearly defined in its content, focus and vision. We realize that the basic starting point of modern education and management is a person-centered approach. It is from him that it depends on how he will learn, develop or work. We apply the same approach at the classroom, team, and organizational level. Thanks to it, we achieve exceptional results and thus inspire people to grow and develop steadily.
Our new program offer is modern and in line with the latest knowledge from the world of education, the needs of our society, trends and directions in which our current world is moving. It is built on professional tutors who bring a communicative approach focused on the needs of the pupil to each lesson. We work in teams of experts in which we find the best solutions for you.
The complete range of our programs is divided into six target groups: companies and organizations, schools, adults, youth, children and preschoolers.
A brand new dress is given to our group language courses for all ages, in which we introduce digitized textbooks from Macmillan publishing.
Group language courses are built on block teaching throughout the school year and will be taught online. The participants of the courses will be in classes from 4 to 6 people, which will fully help us to approach each individually. In addition to regular online teaching, we offer events that take place in person as well as online and always have their main topic, specific target group, lecturer and place, time and deadline.
The biggest draw for our students may be the fact that they will meet representatives of other countries in their classes, which will fully allow us to increase the motivation to communicate exclusively in English. Children, youth and adults can look forward to meeting international students in their online classes, allowing them to learn about cultures and countries through the people they will meet regularly during the school year in their Harmony Academy courses.
During June and July 2021, priority enrollment for our courses takes place from September with a discount and a gift. Take advantage of this period and enroll yourself or your child with us.
We continually work to grow for the good and the need to develop our company through our experience and experience. Thanks to your trust and support, we are today one of the most progressive language schools in Slovakia.
