Goal

Create a methodology and system of learning by sharing.

Main objectives

1. Increase innovation potential in vocational training.
2. To provide a new and innovative system and methodology of training/learning and sharing that can stimulate vocational education, adult learning.
3. Provide the opportunity to think unconventionally by sharing/learning innovative ideas and methods from other types of educational organisations (universities, primary schools, private adult education providers, etc.)
4. To help educational organisations create an environment of excellence and become learning organisations.
5. Improve human capital in educational organizations.
6. Helping education organisations network with other like-minded organisations across Europe.
